Shoplane is a brand of EagleTrace, Inc. ("EagleTrace"), a Delaware corporation with offices in Newport Beach, California. This notice summarizes how Shoplane collects and uses information submitted through shoplane.com.

Information we collect

• Information you provide on the audit form: first name, last name, store name, email, phone, and how you take payments today.
• The merchant processing statement(s) you upload, including any data they contain.
• Basic analytics about how you used the site (page views, button clicks, A/B variant), via PostHog. We do not enable session recording, autocapture, or third-party cookies.

How we use it

• To produce the free processing audit you requested.
• To contact you about your audit results and any follow-up.
• To improve the website. Variant-test data is aggregated and not used to identify you individually.

How we protect it

Statements are transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest on AWS S3. Access is limited to EagleTrace personnel performing the audit. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

We use AWS (hosting), Resend (email), and PostHog (analytics). Each is bound by their own DPA with EagleTrace.

Your choices

Email privacy@eagletrace.ai to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted. We respond within 30 days.
