What we do

We review the merchant processing statement(s) you provide and produce a written report estimating savings opportunities. The report is informational and does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice. You are not obligated to switch providers or take any action.

$500 audit guarantee

Where offered (Variant I1 incentive), the $500 guarantee applies only when (a) the statement you upload is a complete, current monthly processing statement; (b) we determine in good faith that we cannot identify documented savings; and (c) you provide payment details for delivery within 30 days of the audit report.

Savings estimates

Savings figures shown on the site ("up to $4,500/year") are illustrative. Your actual savings depend on card mix, ticket size, monthly volume, current contract terms, and the program you select. See the disclosure block in the footer for the methodology.

Independent sales agent

Shoplane is an independent sales agent partnered with multiple payment processors, lenders, insurance carriers, and credit-building partners. EagleTrace is not a bank, lender, insurance company, registered investment advisor, or payment processor. All financial products are provided by independent, licensed third-party service providers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
